Manici Çiftlik has two places to eat and drink: Hasat Restaurant with its farm-to-table kitchen, and Nomad Lounge Bar, a sunset bar for staying guests.
From farm to table
Hasat Restoran
On the slopes of the Kaz Mountains (Mount Ida), Manici Çiftlik is a place that lives in step with nature. The journey begins in the vegetable garden, continues in the dairy and ends in the kitchen of Hasat Restaurant. A cycle that comes from the soil, takes shape in the dairy and finds its meaning in the kitchen: its name is Hasat, the harvest.
Chef Mehmet Erman Koru's kitchen: its own bread, charcuterie and dairy, and a menu that changes with the seasons.

Sunset bar
Nomad Lounge Bar
Nomad was made for watching the sunset in the middle of nature.
It is a place to dine facing the sunset and to hold celebrations and private gatherings, in an atmosphere where you will feel calm, energised and renewed.
Nomad Lounge Bar serves guests of Manici Çiftlik and Manici Kasrı only; the service is not open to children.
Our sister property Manici Kasrı (Yeşilyurt, about 30 minutes away) is home to Ma'ida Restaurant and Cohi Bar.
