Chef Ufuk Evrim Karadağ and team brought together fresh Aegean herbs, olive oil dishes and seafood in modern takes on tapas, set in the atmosphere of Manici Çiftlik.
Over the event on 13–14 September, our guests enjoyed music, gastronomy and sharing in the heart of nature. At the meze workshop on the second day, participants prepared the characteristic flavors of Aegean cuisine with their own hands, guided by Chef Ufuk Evrim Karadağ.
Manici Çiftlik continues to host gastronomy experiences that bring regional cuisines together with contemporary touches.
