Intercultural Art Gathering
With AB Gallery and KimRa Culture, Korean artists spent a week at Manici Çiftlik creating work inspired by the Kaz Mountains.
In collaboration with AB Gallery and KimRa Culture, Manici Çiftlik hosted a group of Korean artists. Drawing inspiration from the nature of the Kaz Mountains (Mount Ida), Manici’s stone walls and the life around it, the artists spent a week creating new work.
At the welcome cocktail on 2 November, our guests had the chance to meet the artists one to one, witness the start of the creative process and take part in it. Shaped from materials gathered in nature and combined with traditional Korean techniques, the works opened up a creative dialogue between cultures.
Through art-focused events, Manici Çiftlik brings together nature, culture and creativity, and continues to host new stories, new works and meaningful encounters in the heart of the Kaz Mountains.
