We came together at Manici Çiftlik on an adventurous journey organized by Defender. While exploring the striking nature of the Kaz Mountains (Mount Ida) with Defender Experience, our guests enjoyed natural flavors at our cheese making workshop.
Over cocktails made with fresh seasonal produce and a dinner full of dishes from our garden, we enjoyed the beauty of nature together.
