Grown at Manici Çiftlik and dried naturally under the sun, our Dried Hot Peppers contain no additives or preservatives. The peppers are picked when fully ripe and dried using traditional methods, preserving both their intense heat and their nutritional value.
They are ideal for adding depth and a lightly smoky note to your cooking; use them in soups, sauces, meat dishes and meze.
